JoHair Care was founded by Josephine Boaitey, who currently serves as the CEO. We are a small hair care business in Old Weija Barrier, Accra. We make what we sell ourselves: shea, black soap and cold-pressed oils, blended by hand in small batches rather than bought in and relabelled.
Our Premium Hair Growth Oil is seven oils in one bottle: coconut, castor, jojoba, argan, almond, clove and lavender. It is made to strengthen hair, help with dandruff, and be gentle enough to use on the scalp regularly. It was built for 4a to 4c hair, locs and relaxed hair, because that is the hair we have and the hair our customers have.
Most people find us on TikTok, and for a long time that was the whole shop: orders in the comments, arrangements over WhatsApp, deliveries criss-crossing Accra. This website exists so ordering is simpler for you and nothing gets lost for us. The people behind it are the same.
We deliver across Ghana. If you are nearby you are welcome to collect in person, which is free and always will be. We answer messages every day between 8am and 8pm.

Josephine Boaitey founded JoHair Care and runs it as CEO from Old Weija Barrier in Accra. She blends the products herself in small batches, and she is the person who answers when you message the shop. JoHair Care started on TikTok, where she still posts wash days, and every formula is built for the hair she and her customers actually have: 4a to 4c, locs and relaxed.
